Euroguarco was rewarded by its employees with an excellent result of the Company Climate Analysis, which shows widespread satisfaction with the Euroguarco company and its management.

The Corporate Climate Analysis was conducted by consultant Natascia Silvestri Jones (Executive Consultant, Certified Coach & Corporate Trainer, Organizational Psychologist) through Cisita and Fondimpresa.

The survey uses a methodology with SurveyMonkey application through an anonymous questionnaire in full autonomy and confidentiality, consisting of 68 multiple-choice questions, and the processing of responses is done by the software on 10 sections:

At the end of the survey, the consultant reported that climate analysis conducted in Euroguarco was one of the best, if not the best, found in a long time.
