Quality control
  • Chemical analysis and mechanical tests of materials
  • Visual, dimensional and identification examinations.
  • Ultrasonic examination of body welding ends according to ANSI B16.34, Annex E.
  • Ultrasonic examination of circular body welds according to ASME VIII, Div.1. Acceptance criteria as per Appendix 12.
  • Liquid penetration test on all machine-finished welding ends according to ANSI B16.34, Annex D.
  • Inspection of all coated surfaces.
  • Pressure tests in compliance with API 598
  • Fire safe according to API 6FA, API 607
