Gasket sheets
Laminated expanded flexible graphite sheets for fabrication of flat gaskets. Excellent creep strength and good sealability also at low gasket stress and with flanges of irregular surface.
Ideal for a wide range of applications, including high temperature and pressure, mechanical and thermal cycles and shocks. Suitable to confine steam, hydrocarbons and most chemicals (refer to chemical resistance table).

Sheet size: Standard dimensions: 1000x1000 mm and 1500x1500 mm.

Sheet thickness: 0.3 ÷ 3 mm

Sheet marking: available according to individual customer requirements.

Styles	Description
GRAFLEX S	Laminated graphite sheets without insert.
GRAFLEX R	Laminated with smooth stainless steel insert (0.05mm thick), for better gasket mechanical strength during handling.
GRAFLEX GR	Mechanical bonded to a perforated tanged stainless steel insert ( 0.10 mm thick), for greater compression strength and blow out resistance.
GRAFLEX RX	Reinforced with multiple smooth stainless steel insert (0.05 mm thick), for extra mechanical strength and more homog eneous distribution of the assembly load.
GRAFLEX G	Reinforced with glass cloth insert, which orovides strength while keeoing the cutting of the gasket as easy as for unreinforced sheet.
GRAFLEX N	Reinforced with a stainless steel wire net, for good gasket mechanical strength.
GRAFLEX F	Reinforced with a PTFE foil insert, which provides strength while not reducing the chemical resistance.
GRAFLEX ALU	Protected on both surfaces by aluminium foil.
GRAFLEX RGR	Reinforced with a combination of smooth and perforated stainless steel insert for extra mechanical strength and torque retention, while ensuring easy gasket cutting.
